These are Land Rovers SparesBoyz is breaking up for used parts. If yours is the same model, engine and gearbox, the part you need may come off one of these cars.
Parts are taken off these cars as they sell, so a car on this list is a starting point, not a promise that a particular part is still there. Pick the car closest to yours, tell us which part you are after, and we will check whether it is still on the car.
Each car stays on this page for four months from the day it is listed. The stock ref on each card goes through with your enquiry so we know exactly which car you mean.
No car matches that at the moment.
Clear a filter, or tell us the part you need and we will check for you.
Some cars cannot be pinned to one generation from the details we have, for example a Range Rover Sport from the year the first model gave way to the second, or a listing whose model name and description disagree. Rather than guess, we list them here under the family name.
When you ask: Give us your model, year, engine and VIN so we can confirm the car matches yours before you order.

The first Range Rover Evoque was sold in South Africa with a 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbodiesel, which makes 140 kW and 420 Nm in SD4 form, and with the Si4 turbo petrol. Early cars used a six-speed automatic; later Evoques switched to a nine-speed automatic from ZF. That means two Evoques only a model year apart can have different gearboxes, so match the gearbox as well as the engine before you ask about a driveline part.
When you ask: Tell us SD4, TD4 or Si4, the year, five-door or Coupe, and whether yours has the six- or nine-speed gearbox if you know it, and send the VIN.
Parts owners often ask about
1/6 2.2 SD4 diesel, automatic, blue
1/6 2.2 SD4 diesel, automatic, red
The first Freelander reached South Africa in 1998. Its Td4 diesel uses a BMW-sourced 2.0 turbodiesel, while the V6 model shares its Rover-designed all-alloy V6 with the Rover 75 and came only with a five-speed Steptronic automatic. There is no low-range gearbox: drive reaches the rear wheels through a viscous coupling and Land Rover's intermediate reduction drive (IRD). Those driveline parts and the engine are where a donor car has to match yours, so check both before you pick a car from this list.
When you ask: Tell us whether yours is the Td4 diesel or the V6 petrol, manual or automatic, three-door or five-door, and send the VIN if you have it.
Parts owners often ask about
1/6 2.0 diesel, automatic, engine code M47, grey
The Freelander 2 was launched in South Africa with a 3.2 in-line six petrol, which came only with a six-speed automatic, and a 2.2 TD4 turbodiesel, which launched with a six-speed manual and gained an automatic later. The more powerful 2.2 SD4 diesel followed. Four-wheel drive works through a Haldex coupling ahead of the rear differential, and Land Rover changed that coupling during production. With three engines and both gearbox types on the same body, match the engine, gearbox and year before you ask about a part.
When you ask: Tell us whether yours is the 3.2 petrol, the 2.2 TD4 or the 2.2 SD4, manual or automatic, and the model year, and send the VIN if you have it.
Parts owners often ask about
1/5 2.2 diesel, automatic, black
1/5 2.2 TD4 diesel, manual, black
The Discovery 4 was sold in South Africa from 2009 to 2017. SA 4x4's road test notes that the local car came with a 3.0-litre diesel or a 5.0-litre V8 petrol, where other markets first had the older 2.7 TDV6, and that it uses four air springs and an on-board compressor instead of conventional coil springs. The 3.0 diesel is badged TDV6 or SDV6. Air suspension, the intake manifold, EGR and the mass air flow sensor are among the problem areas Cars.co.za's used buyer's guide covers.
When you ask: Tell us TDV6 or SDV6 (or V8 petrol), the year, and whether your suspension is air or steel, and send the VIN: Discovery 3 and 4 parts can look alike and still not swap.
Parts owners often ask about
1/6 3.0 diesel, automatic, white
The first Range Rover Sport went on sale in South Africa in 2005. Local used listings show it with the 3.0 TDV6 and 3.6 TDV8 diesels and the 4.2 V8 petrol, among others. The TDV8 is a 3.6-litre V8 diesel with a separate variable-geometry turbocharger for each cylinder bank. Because the V6 diesel, V8 diesel and V8 petrol share few engine parts, the engine matters as much as the year when you pick a donor car.
When you ask: Tell us the engine (TDV6, TDV8 or V8 petrol) and the year, and send the VIN: the second-generation Range Rover Sport arrived in 2013, and its parts are different.
Parts owners often ask about
1/5 4.2 V8 petrol, automatic, black
