1. Definitions

• "We", "us" means Land Rover Pro Spares, trading from 89 Chris Hani Road, Briardene, Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal, 4051.
• "You" means the person or business using the site or requesting a quote.
• "Parts" means new, used or reconditioned vehicle parts and components we supply.
• "Quote" means the written price and terms we send you for specific parts.

2. Information on this website

• Model, engine, fault and parts information on this site is general guidance for Land Rover owners. It is not a diagnosis of your vehicle and not repair instructions.
• We try to keep it accurate, but specifications change between years and markets, and mistakes happen. Always confirm fitment with us for your specific vehicle.
• Pages describing parts do not mean a particular part is in stock. Availability is confirmed on the quote.
• The chat assistant on this site is automated and can give incomplete or wrong answers. Only a quote from the parts team is binding.
• Vehicle recalls are handled by Land Rover dealers. If your vehicle may be affected by a recall, check with a dealer before buying parts for that repair.

3. Quotes and prices

• Quotes are free and you are under no obligation to accept one.
• Prices are in South African rand. Check your quote for what the price includes, such as VAT and courier charges, and ask if anything is unclear.
• Used parts are often one-off items, so availability can change before you confirm an order.
• Payment terms and accepted payment methods are set out on your quote or invoice. A part is only reserved or sent once the order is confirmed on those terms.

4. Fitment

• We match parts to the vehicle details you give us. Please give accurate information, ideally including your VIN and engine code.
• If a part does not fit because the vehicle details supplied were wrong or incomplete, that is not a defect in the part.
• We recommend that parts are fitted by a qualified mechanic. Incorrect fitting can damage the part or the vehicle and can be unsafe.

5. Collection and delivery

• You can collect from 89 Chris Hani Road, Briardene, Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal, 4051 during trading hours, or ask for courier delivery within South Africa.
• Courier charges are quoted per order. Delivery times are estimates from the courier and are not guaranteed.
• Please check parts when you receive them and tell us about any damage or discrepancy as soon as possible.

6. Warranties, returns and refunds

Any warranty, return or refund terms that apply to a part are the ones stated on your written quote or invoice for that part. Nothing on this website adds to or replaces them. Ask the parts team before you order if you want to know what applies.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this website or from the fitting or use of parts, including vehicle downtime or loss of income. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price paid for the part concerned.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you request a quote applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
