Range Rover Velar air suspension
Electronic air suspension (EAS) parts for Discovery, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport: compressors, air springs, valve blocks and height sensors.
What is specific to the Range Rover Velar
Our Range Rover Velar records do not list air suspension as part of its layout (All-wheel drive on every South African launch derivative). If your vehicle does have air suspension fitted, send the VIN and the team will confirm which parts apply before quoting.
See Range Rover Velar suspension for that side of the system.
Have this ready when you enquire
- The 17-character VIN from your licence document, which identifies your exact L560 (sold here 2017–present) and its build.
- The exact derivative, for example D180 S, D240 SE, D300 R-Dynamic HSE and P250 S, as listed on your licence document.
- Whether the vehicle is on air or steel springs (not recorded for this model).
- A photo of the old part or its part number, if you can get to it.
Known Range Rover Velar air suspension faults
None of the Range Rover Velar faults we track fall in this system, so there is no known weak point to warn you about here. Send the part name with your VIN and the team will confirm the right air suspension for your vehicle.

Range Rover Velar air suspension questions
What is the most common air suspension problem on Land Rovers?
Air leaks are the root of most failures. A leak from an air spring, air line or valve block makes the compressor run much more than it should, until the compressor wears out or overheats. When a compressor fails, find and fix the leak as well, or the new compressor will go the same way.
Why does my Discovery or Range Rover drop overnight?
A corner that sinks while parked usually has a leak in its air spring, air line or the valve block. If the whole vehicle drops evenly, the valve block or a common line is more likely. Spraying soapy water on the springs and fittings with the vehicle raised can reveal where the leak is.
