DPF and AdBlue faults
Short-trip driving blocks the DPF, and the AdBlue SCR system and its NOx sensors are sensitive and a common source of warning lights on the diesels.

Exhaust and emissions parts for Land Rover diesels and petrols, including DPF and EGR components.
Exhaust and emissions parts on the Range Rover Evoque (L551) depend on the engine: the diesels (D180 2.0 turbodiesel) use emissions hardware that the petrol engines (P250 2.0 turbo petrol) do not, and manifolds, pipes and sensors differ between them.

For the L551 Evoque, owners mostly ask for timing chain kits, turbochargers, DPFs and NOx sensors on the D180 diesel, plus service filters and brake pads and discs. Town-driven diesels benefit from regular longer runs to let the DPF regenerate, which also helps protect the timing chains.
The usual causes are a failed gasket at the manifold or downpipe, a split flexi joint, a rusted pipe or silencer, or a loose clamp. A workshop can find the leak quickly with the vehicle on a lift.
Yes. Land Rover exhausts are made in sections, so you can replace just the damaged section. Fit new gaskets, clamps and rubber mounts at the joints you disturb.
For how these parts work and the signs of wear, read the Land Rover exhaust guide.
